BCI Engineers & Scientists, Inc. is pleased to welcome Deborah Florence as a senior environmental technician to their office in Palatka, Florida. In her current capacity, Deborah will be responsible for maintaining the firm’s scientific literature library through the EndNote master database, assisting the staff with obtaining articles from the database to create bibliographies and templates for manuscripts, assisting with reviewing and submitting manuscripts, and other general administrative duties.
Before joining BCI, Deborah worked for 10 years as a personal financial representative for the First Coast Community Credit Union in Palatka. She also works as a substitute teacher in the Putnam County School District. She has also served as a data processing operator for Putnam Community Hospital and as an admissions counselor for St. Johns River Community College in Palatka. In addition, Deborah has 14 years experience with Friedman’s Jewelers as an assistant manager. Deborah completed her education with St. Augustine Technical Center in Palatka in 1992. She is a graduate of Palatka Central High School.
