Kevin previously worked for Nova Engineering and Environmental, LLC in Orlando in the role of construction services department manager, where he was responsible for supervising a staff of field and laboratory technicians who performed testing on a wide range of project types. His duties also included day-to-day field/laboratory operations oversight, technician scheduling, proposal and report preparation and review, maintaining laboratory certifications with federal, state, and local materials oversight agencies and performing business development functions. He has related experience with his two-year tenure at QORE Property Sciences, Inc. and Nodarse and Associates, both in Tampa. While employed at Nodarse, he held a project management position in the construction materials testing department, where he was responsible for the dispatching and supervision of 12 field personnel. He also worked on several high-rise projects and government buildings in and around Tampa. Kevin is an ICC Certified Building Inspector, CTQP Qualified Sampler, ACI Concrete Strength Testing Technician, NPDES Stormwater Inspector, and Structural Masonry Certified Inspector.
