She held a similar role for both the Polk City Watershed Management Plan and the Sebring Watershed Management Plan. Jie has also developed ICPR models for various stormwater projects and designed Best Management Practices for stormwater retrofit projects. She has conducted numerous water quality studies and analyses for BCI’s county and municipal clients. Jie holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of South Florida. She is a registered professional engineer in Florida. In addition, Jie is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Tau Beta Pi (National Engineering Honor Society), and Chi Epsilon (National Civil Engineering Honor Society).
