Timothy Kelly, PE, CPSWQ, will serve as the project manager on this long-term contract. Mr. Kelly has almost 20 years of service to BCI and is currently based in the firm’s Plant City, Florida office. Mr. Kelly has provided similar stormwater compliance services to clients throughout Central Florida. Mr. Kelly is a certified professional engineer with 23 years of experience spanning the realm of civil engineering design representing municipal, private, county, and state clients. Mr. Kelly, who previously served as a regulatory reviewer, has an active Advanced Training Certification in Work Zone Traffic Control and Maintenance of Traffic (MOT), and is a Certified Storm Water Management Inspector. He is one of only a few professionals in the State of Florida designated as a Certified Professional in Storm Water Quality (CPSWQ).
The FDOT NPDES project commenced in November 2009 and will continue for approximately five years.
