 BCI staff has been a master engineer for Home Depot since 1990 performing comprehensive site design and environmental evaluations. The sites have posed a variety of technical and environmental challenges including on-site wetlands, potential hazardous wastes, and threatened and endangered species.
BCI tasks have included site planning and conceptual site layout, traffic flow patterns and access management, land use evaluations and rezoning, site design and permitting, and construction management. BCI has also been responsible for maintenance and monitoring of constructed wetland areas and inspection and recertification of stormwater treatment ponds.
